Nicole Bovell-Paddington, the Business Operations Manager at The Carnival Curator (TCC), boasts over 27 years of extensive experience across diverse industries such as hospitality, financial services, construction, marketing, and non-profit sectors. She excels in various realms of business management, with a fervent dedication to achieving outstanding outcomes. Her primary focus lies in ensuring that our esteemed guests encounter the most exquisite and unforgettable experiences during their visits to our twin island republic. Driven by a profound sense of national pride and personal accountability, Nicole is committed to showcasing her remarkable country to the world. With over 15 years in education, her teaching skills have been finely tuned to inspire and educate with precision. Having successfully managed a child care business of her own, Cyan’s welcoming nature is further enhanced, ensuring that every detail is considered to make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. Cyan’s extensive background in providing administrative support to various SMEs highlights her adaptability and value as a trusted Curator for your stay in Trinidad. She takes great joy in seeing happy clients and looks forward to working with you to ensure a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.
MARIEANGE BOVELL

Marieange Bovell has nurtured a deep passion for carnival since she was 15 years old. Her enthusiasm for this vibrant cultural celebration has driven her to become an integral part of the carnival community. Currently, she is working for TRIBE carnival for the third consecutive year, serving as the event coordinator for Red Ants. Her role involves meticulous planning and coordination to ensure the smooth execution of carnival events.
In addition, Marieange has recently discovered a love for design which led her to create her first section in TRIBE, as well as her own Monday wear line, contributing to the festive and flamboyant spirit of carnival attire.
Marieange is eager to share her experiences and knowledge, aiming to facilitate a seamless integration into the carnival experience. Through her work, she hopes to help others enjoy and appreciate the unique joy and cultural richness that carnival offers.
KEISHA RODRIGUEZ

Keisha Rodriguez is a dynamic professional with 15 years of experience in customer service. Keisha leverages her Trinbagonian heritage as a Curator at TCC, to provide esteemed customer service and create unforgettable cultural experiences. In addition to her curatorial role, Keisha is an accomplished Insurance Advisor and Personal Stylist. Her aim is to ensure that every person who she interacts with, whether professionally or personally, feels great about themselves. Keisha's dedication to uplifting and inspiring confidence and joy in her clients is at the heart of everything that she does
